This level has two versions. Alamo2x.pud is for the Warcraft Expansion version only. Alamo.pud is for regular WarCraft. The only difference is the expansion version gives you Bladefist the Gryphon Slayer. This level can also be played by one person but I do not recommend taking on all four computer opponents. Two will be plenty.

Challenge Level: Advanced Players Only - Expect to kill 1,000 of the enemy or more before its over.

Description:

Are you and your partner good enough to withstand an onslaught such as few have ever witnessed? Are you ready for the mass carnage and destruction that is faced by those who stand for a noble cause? That cause is life itself as you stand against one of the most formidable forces ever created.

Fortunately you have trained the most elite of fighting forces. One of you has a force of 12 Uther LightBringers (SuperKnights) that are even more formidable than you know. They can prove to be a great help in your defense. Your partner has 12 Cho'galls (Super Bubbas), also more highly trained than any in the world. These heroes may be your saving grace if used effectively and sparingly. There are also a couple of Gryphon slayers at each of your disposals.

Each of you has a Rescue fort within your compound. Ally first and then each of you get the rescue player closest to you. You then can each have Mages and Death Knights against the onslaught.

My favorite tactic and suggestions:

6-8 Mages trained and charged. You are rushed by 10-15 of the opposing forces (Knights, Archers, Gryphons, etc.) As they approach, your Mages cast SLOW on them. Their power is reduced by at least 70%. You slaughter them with your towers and heroes. Keep peons and peasants ready for repairs. Make sure to heal your heroes. You will
need them!

Save your game before you charge their forts. You may be in for some unexpected surprises.

This level doesn't waste any time. Be ready for an attack within a minute or so of starting.

Good luck!

Author's note: This is probably the hardest and most intense level I have ever designed. However, two experienced players will enjoy the challenge. I haven't yet beaten it in co-op mode except when we limited each computer player to $160,000. Thankfully the computer ran out of money before it killed us. In this level as it is, each computer opponent has about $400,000. That ups the ante quite a bit.
