With the first line being <!-- skip -->, this page is simple copied verbatim to the destination directory. This has almost the same effect as specifying a file under "exclude" and under "binary". However, unlike in the other case, no symlink is made, so this feature can be used under any file system. Unlike binaries, HTML files should not become too large, and little space is wasted by copying them.
